About the role/Mission: We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for one of our global agro clients. The position involves conducting thorough research of user needs, designing intuitive and user-centric experiences, ensuring products are understandable, navigation is smooth and visual elements are engaging. You will also design, execute and analyze user testing strategies. You will also design, execute, and analyze user testing strategies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing,
to identify user needs and pain points. Analyze the collected data to develop user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps, which inform the design process. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager during the Discovery phase to ensure that user insights are aligned with the overall product vision and strategy. Achieve a clear understanding of the user and translate it into specific and concrete personas to design superior visual and functional experiences. Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) that are both attractive and functional, considering their technical feasibility. Create documents and proposals to clearly convey ideas and solutions to clients and users, enabling validation at different ideation stages from low to high fidelity, including functional prototype creation for testing. Design, execute, and analyze testing strategies for the created solutions during ideation, MVP, or evolution stages. Enhance usability of the created solutions,
increasing user and client satisfaction and adoption rates. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility. Provide the development team with necessary support to achieve the expected development of deliverables. Build a knowledge base within Magoya on user personas, needs, and market trends in the agricultural sector. Ensure a knowledge base that can be used across all Magoya projects and optimize team training. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies Present and defend design decisions with clear communication and strong rationale. Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Experience with responsive and adaptive design for various devices and screen sizes Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions Expertise in creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes Understanding of the design process stages from inception to final delivery Knowledge of Design Thinking principles and methodologies Understanding of branding and experience in creating Design Systems Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision
Requisitos
Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields At least 4 years of previous experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (webapps and native) and web responsive design. Knowledge of web design and other types of marketing materials (preferred) Advanced English Previous experience with agile methodologies Experience in conducting usability tests and analyzing results
