Job Description - Transmission Simulations: Manager (MER0002QL8)
Description
· Minimum 15 yrs of hands on experience in CAE (Durability or CFD or NVH) simulation along with 2-3 yrs of business development and people management
· Leading Transmission/e-Drive/e-motor CAE simulation team at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Pvt Ltd. for further enhancement of digital development capability with partners.
· Establishing complete Transmission/e-drive digital development for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and enabling fulfillment of development targets.
· Validation of results with required testing activities.
· Management of employee motivation, development, optimization of costs structure, minimization of personnel fluctuation, method developments for new digital technologies, test correlation, co-simulations, multi-disciplinary methods, Optimization and use of Data science for accelerated digital development
