Develop and lead Category Management activities to win in the prioritized channels with the prioritized customers through creation of internal alignment and building partnership with retailers2. Drive and implement category management way of working including category planning process, input into pricing strategy, recommending category promotion strategy, merchandising and assortment and customer marketing planning.3. Develop and lead implementation of customer specific shopper activationplans in Trade Marketing related to relevant 7P for all channel both on and off line, including promotion management, shopper input for packaging development, product launch and re-launch, communication to customers and shoppers, and input into account planning.4. Translate consumer strategy into effective shopper plans and activities(e.g. execution of consumer promotions in store).5. Secure development of tailored customer marketing plans for all accounts, negotiate and implement these and/or advise customers on their strategy to grow their category sales.6. Ensure a robust ROI model is being implemented, incl. setting KPIs for relevant dimensions (e.g. categories, channels, customers and/or promotions), evaluated and followed up with corrective actions.7. Provide insight from local markets regarding retailer and shopper dimension to help overall insight generation and provide input to consumer and/or brand strategy.8. Plan and manage related budgets Facilitate cross functional relationship and contribute to best practice sharing, networks and projects.9. Lead, direct and develop a team (including personal feedback & development)Who You AreBachelor´s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineer or related careers.
