Description
Your Purpose: To deliver professional HR Executive services, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour law. This role involves managing HR projects such as limited employment contracts and HR reporting with Power BI. Key responsibilities include reporting hiring lead times, updating job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, and overseeing essential HR administration tasks; these tasks include recruitment coordination, HR system administration, managing medical and life insurance processes, maintaining an efficient recruitment tracker, and driving insightful company survey reporting .
Your Responsibilities: HR Reporting Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records and other sources.Creation and maintenance of HR Dashboard on Power BIPrepare people statistics and HR reports for management meetingsHR Administration Maintain HR IT systems and employee masterdataDigital filing & management of physical personnel files (on regular basis to ensure all files are up-to-date & have all necessary documents)Administer staff memberships for Medical & Life insurance schemesFollow-up and approve employees' leave requests on ESS in line with company policies and procedures. Liaise with the system provider on all helpdesk issues, change requests and implementation rollouts. Ensure proper communication to all relevant stakeholders, Creation of new joiners in HRIS system HR Projects Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and employment contracts Compile, create and prepare employee feedback gathered through yearly Employee SurveyTo support local and global HR projects on an adhoc basis but also drive own projects diligently start to end;Coordinating the update of all employees Job descriptions and support with job evaluationsHR Recruitment Support with candidate screening and interview scheduling based on availability of HRBP, panelists and candidatesEnsure booking of all onboarding flights and accommodation for new joiners Qualifications Your Profile: Educational Background Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology (or related) Technical knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skillsFluency of spoken and written English languageGerman language is preferableExtensive knowledge of the UAE Labor LawsComputer literate, advanced knowledge of MS Office products (word, excel, powerpoint)Experience in Power BI ReportingHRIS SystemsKeen interest in process improvement and data & analytics Organization Primary Location Work Locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
