Our Client is an IT technology company in New York that opened offices in the Palermo, Buenos Aires area in 2023 to support operations in the USA and globally. We will select a Technical Project Manager in Buenos Aires for the Deployments Department.
Mission to accomplish The Technical Project Manager will manage and successfully deliver enterprise and direct customer technology projects. This individual will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of customer technology projects.This individual will also have the opportunity to work closely with both the functional and technical areas, managing the complete project lifecycle and serving as the customer's point of contact throughout.
Keys to the position: · Experience leading successful and collaborative teams with proven track record bringing customer solutiohns to life.
· Solid understanding of technical aspects of the managed projects combined with in-depth knowledge and practical applications of Agile methodologies, and IT related concepts.
· Familiarity with collaborative tools like Monday, Zendesk, Slack, and Jira.
· Have excellent presentation and public speaking skills in English.
What You Will Do: · Lead low to high complexity projects from requirements definition through deployment,
· Identifying use case and success criterio, applying deployments framework and tracking the results.
· Create, manage, and document, clear and concise Project plans to identify the milestones needed for successfully delivering customer-focused solutions.
· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle,
setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
· Present the details of the project journey, including milestones, deliverables, and issue to our leadership team – with the goal of facilitating thoughtful conversation and clear decision making.
· Identify, resolve, and escalate roadblocks, issues, and conflicts; report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels according to project work plan.
· Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached,and other pertinent information.
· Leverage quantitative tools, techniques, and processes to capture and action customer expectations.
Job Requirements: · Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communication or related field.
· English fluency (mandatory).
· Familiarity with collaborative tools like Monday, Zendesk, Slack, and Jira.
· Project Management certifications a plus.
Job Offer: · Hybrid job: mínimum 2 days/week in-person.
· Working hours: 9am – 6pm local time, Mon – Fri.
· Location: Av Scalabrini Ortiz y Av Córdoba (Palermo, Buenos Aires).
· Salary range:$3,000 – $5,000 USD gross/month (depending on experience).
