The AEE Career Management, Transitions and Global Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for managing our customer’s relationship acting as a Single Point of Contact for Career Management and Transitions team. Should have abilities to rapidly identify customer’s needs and build strong relationships acting as a Key Point of Contact with the On Shore Team. Will also participate in the process of identification of opportunities for improvement. The Specialist will be the supervisor and career counselor of the team’s members.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up tasks of team members, ensuring a stable workload and achievement of synergies and consistency across all the work streams.
Coach and supervise a team with very different scope and stakeholders, assuring a good communication with the team members in order to help them achieve career goals.
Participate in the process of identifying opportunities and implementation of improvements on the team’s processes and tasks.
Main Point Of Contact for supporting most Career Transitions, People & Professional Development and Global Employee Relations processes, stakeholders and on-shore team making sure that the team tasks are effectively performed and in a timely manner.
Work along with the stakeholders to continuously propose new scope and ways of support.
Extract and analyze team metrics in order to assurance SLAs are met and build Monthly Operational Report for their supervisor.
Actively participate in several team calls.
