The Opportunity: As a Recruiter at LatamCent.com, you will lead the sourcing and placement efforts across various industries, aiming to fill 5-10 roles monthly.

What You'll Do: Conduct 80-100 candidate interviews monthly, utilizing LinkedIn, our ATS, and outbound sourcing techniques.
Communicate effectively and timely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements and market trends.
Manage multiple roles, client and candidates schedules across time zones, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
Discover Most Placeable Candidates and help market them for new roles and opportunities Must-Haves in a Candidate: 1+ years of experience interviewing in English Full Cycle Recruiting Experience Fluent C1 or C2 level English Nice to Have: Experience with innovative sourcing strategies and advanced recruitment technologies.
