Talent Consultant Professional Development

Job Summary The Professional Development Talent Consultant will serve as an integral part of the global Talent Team and is accountable for designing and executing a wide range of effective development, learning and performance support solutions to advance skills and capabilities across the Enterprise, creating measurable value to the organization. The role will transform business priorities into employee-centric learning and development solutions that can be delivered at scale in a sustainable way. The Professional Development Talent Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating professional development solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.The role will also leverage talent insights to recommend development opportunities for all employees to advance our talent strategy and optimize the use of technology to enhance the employee development experience. This is an individual contributor role that will assist with diagnosing, co-designing, guiding and/or facilitating professional development experiences as business needs require, and is responsible for collaborating across businesses and functions to recommend data-driven solutions.
