The Supervisor Paid Media will be responsible for: Establish fluid communication with Brand Marketing teams to organize content priorities for campaigns.Coordinate the management, review, and delivery of creatives for Paid Media campaigns to implementation teams.Coordinate the development of copies and search structures with copywriters.Coordinate with finance teams the correct implementation, distribution of the budget among markets and channels, as well as expense tracking and continuous optimization.Review the performance media strategy with the channel leads of the global team in the USA.Propose process improvements that best fit the needs and objectives of the involved teams.Continuous analysis of the main business KPIs and propose actionable items based on quantitative analysis.Management of relationships with media partners of our affiliate program.Assistance in reporting and presentations to upper management on tests, milestones, and achieved initiatives.Coordination of influencer pieces working together with Brand Marketing teams.Supervision of cross-channel performance campaigns (Search, Meta, Display/Video, CTV).Work alongside awareness teams to achieve full funnel efficiencies.What we need from you tobe part of this story: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering/Marketing/Administration or similar.4+ years of experience working with digital advertising and budget planning (required).Advanced English (must work daily with US teams).Analytical profile with a lot of autonomy and proactivity.Organized person, focused on processes.Knowledge of sports (is a plus):Additional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
