Place of Work/Group Company: Nijhuis Saur Industries UK Ireland Limited, site based (Alderney WTW) Job Description: Working under the direction of the Nijhuis Project Manager, undertaking Ozone container installs Managing the site team (direct and Subcontract) and accountability for project delivery Ensuring that the site is always safe and environmentally compliant Lead/direct the team demonstrating strong Knowledge of construction processes and health and safety procedures Responsible for overseeing operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis and that a project comes in safely, on time and in budget Ensuring site safety and environmental compliance by making daily inspections and recording thereof Monitoring progress of the project Liaising with the client's representatives to update on progress Maintaining quality control procedures Keeping staff motivated and focused Ensure that Nijhuis processes and procedures are always complied with Collate and submit on time information/data as required by the SHEQ Manager Ownership of ensuring that all defects/snags are recorded and closed off, internally and by the supply chain Ensure that all hand-over documentation is collated and filed correctly To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach You will have good writing and analytical skills and have solid experience in taking full responsibility and leadership Qualifications: SMSTS preferred SSSTS acceptable with minimum 2 years experience CSCS SHEA Water Card Blue Water Card Nijhuis Saur Industries UK Ireland are an equal opportunity employer we are committed to providing equal opportunities in all aspects of employment in line with the Equality Act 2010.
