Role overview As a Senior Social Media Creative, your primary responsibility will be to concept and create social content that wins time for our clients.
You'll oversee and enhance the creative output of your team, and come up with your own original ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible, winning attention, awards, and the confidence of our clients.
You're experienced at developing 360 creative ideas broad enough to span multiple touchpoints across social, from organic to influencer and advertising.
Working with the strategy and accounts teams and with other creatives, you'll help ensure that our creative work is a winning combination of culturally relevant, useful, and entertaining.
You're curious-minded, looking for and finding audience insights that help you reach better creative solutions.
You will be reporting to the Creative Director, you'll manage a team of more junior creatives, guiding and inspiring them to deliver the best social content.
You'll lead by example, producing content that is the best of yourself, while overseeing and contributing to your team's raised standards.
You'll be obsessively efficiency-driven, taking it upon yourself to understand how your work and your team's work are performing and finding ways to improve.
As a Senior Social Media Creative at Cubaka, you will: Creative Direction : Lead and inspire the team, ensuring top-notch creativity, innovation, and agreement on client goals.

Quality Control : Ensure all creative assets are top quality, meeting industry standards and exceeding client expectations.
Collaboration : Work with accounts and strategy teams to align creative concepts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on trends and innovations, incorporating fresh ideas to keep our creative output engaging and driven.
Y ou will bring: Experience Social Media Creative: 5-7 years of experience working in a creative role, with specific expertise in producing both static and video content for social media across multiple platforms.
Portfolio of High-Impact Static and Video Campaigns: A sturdy portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns including a mix of high-quality static visuals and engaging video content (e.g., short-form videos, animations, reels, and stories).
Technical Proficiency in Static and Video Content Creation Tools: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator for static content and After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and animations.
Familiarity with other video production tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Canva, or mobile editing apps) would be great.
Experience in End-to-End Content Production: Ability to concept, storyboard, produce, and edit both static and video assets, managing the entire production process from ideation to execution.
Understanding of Platform-Specific Static and Video Formats: In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, including format specifications, length, and creative techniques optimised for each platform (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts etc).
Experience in Multi-Format Campaign Development: Demonstrated ability to create and adapt content for multiple formats, including single-image posts, carousel graphics, short-form videos, animations, and live content to maximise engagement and reach.
Experience with Video Production Elements: Knowledge of basic filming techniques, lighting, audio, and motion graphics, and directing shoots when needed, to produce high-quality video content.
Trend Awareness in Static and Video Content: Ability to incorporate current trends in both static design and video formats to create relevant and entertaining content.
