As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Banking Markets Team, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.
As part of the Rates Technology team you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development, such as Agile frameworks, is key. And best of all, you'll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.
You will work directly with stakeholders to understand business cases and problems and be responsible for the full pipeline of software delivery. You will build up relationships with internal clients and take full ownership for software delivery. You should be a self-sufficient developer comfortable tackling new and complex problem sets.
We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for software development, with experience in back-end and front-end software development, using strong Object Oriented Software design and practices.
