Salesforce Technical Assistant

As a Salesforce Technical Assistant, you will be instrumental in the technical development and enhancement of our Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization.This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce-specific languages and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our CRM solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Salesforce Development: Utilize Apex for custom business logic, create sophisticated user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and maintain Aura Components.- Database and Query Management: Employ SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and manipulation within the Salesforce environment.- Front-End Development:Implement dynamic client-side scripting using JavaScript, along with HTML and CSS for designing and styling layouts.- Integration and Optimization: Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various business systems, focusing on data integrity and consistency.- Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of Salesforce applications.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate these into effective, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proficient in Salesforce-specific languages like Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.- Experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and Lightning Web Components.- Knowledge of database management and SQL.- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.- You naturally have a strong desire to grow beyond managing minimum project requirements like tasks and timelines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Advanced EnglishPowered by JazzHR
