About the Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage commercial processes across various clients (Distributors (focused on warehouse, markets, and wholesalers), Independent Supermarkets, Diaper Outlets, and Drugstores) to achieve sales objectives (Sales budget achievement, Coverage, Numeric Distribution, Profitable Investment, Portfolio Rotation, Market Share).
- Lead the team to implement the commercial value proposition (Profitability, Knowledge, Proximity) with the goal of achieving profitable sales growth.
- Plan and control the monitoring model for sales fundamentals (Visibility, price, availability, activation, promotion).
- Strengthen close and trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty.
- Direct, assist, and motivate the team under your responsibility to ensure adequate performance and productivity, their personal and professional development, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar positions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in sales and/or trade marketing.
- Experience managing teams.
