Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive new business, and expand our global client base.
In this role, you will develop effective sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a personalized and impactful experience for our members.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software utilization, particularly in leveraging CRM systems like Salesforce.
Additionally, we are looking for someone with an interest in implementing AI-driven innovations to optimize our sales process.
While Salesforce experience is preferred, we prioritize the ability to learn quickly and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team, develop strategies, and drive business growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver personalized solutions to clients.
Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Explore and implement AI solutions to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.
Key Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering personalized service.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and willingness to learn new software.
Interest in utilizing AI technology to enhance sales strategies.
