Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and identify decision-makers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for our New Business sales team using CRM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo).
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of scheduled appointments.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target industries aligned with clients services.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in outbound B2B sales or appointment setting role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships remotely.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing schedules and appointments.
