Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving inbound leads and conveying the advantages of company for IoT device connectivity, with a primary focus on the Americas, especially the US market. You will be instrumental in growing accounts by presenting company´s value proposition in a compelling and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities: Generate inbound leads and manage the sales process from initiation to closure.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how company´s solutions meet these needs.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Participate in a paid trial assignment to demonstrate your sales capabilities and approach.
Use consultative sales techniques to provide value and build long-term relationships.
Candidate Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, Telecom or related fields.
Excellent English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely without a heavy accent.
Proven ability to convey complex value propositions in an understandable and engaging manner.
Not focused on hard selling; should be adept at explaining product differentiations and advantages.
Must possess enthusiasm, grit, and a consultative approach to sales.
