Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and dedicated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
This role is structured to provide initial experience in recruiting before transitioning to a sales focus.
The Sales Associate will start by supporting recruiting efforts, gradually moving into sales responsibilities as they complete sales training.
Once sales training is completed, their salary will scale accordingly, and they will become eligible for bonuses.
In the sales phase, the Sales Associate will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, including follow-up calls, complaint resolution, and support ticket management.
This position requires strong communication and sales skills, as the Sales Associate will represent the company, engage with customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Support: Initially assist with recruiting responsibilities as part of training and onboarding.
Inbound Sales: Manage customer inquiries about services, provide detailed information, and schedule cleanings efficiently.
Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with businesses from provided lists to establish connections and create new business opportunities.
Follow-Up: Conduct post-service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
Complaint Resolution: Proactively resolve customer complaints within a 48-hour timeframe.
Support Tickets: Manage the email inbox, responding to and resolving support tickets related to sales, customer support, and complaints.
Requirements: Strong WIFI connection and a dedicated workspace for professional call handling.
Excellent English and Spanish proficiency (both written and verbal).
Sales-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Long-term commitment with a willingness to undergo a 12-month ramp-up period.
Dependability and punctuality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
Experience with high-volume calling and email management.
Tech-savviness to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative beyond job requirements.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with software tools such as Dialpad, Helpscout, Go High Level (CRM), Launch27, Operto, and Slack.
