Routing & Planning (Temporary - 6 months)
Main Purpose
Your mission will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders by managing logistics operations, maintaining order tracking systems, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize processes.
Your Mission Will Be To:
Monitor and manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
Update delivery dashboards to support KPI reporting and performance tracking.
Coordinate and follow up on shipments of marketing materials (MM) and point-of-purchase (POP) items.
Generate and manage delivery orders for partners (Opella/Sanofi).
Develop and report KPIs related to daily operations and dispatches.
Unlock Your Potential:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including transport providers, distribution center supervisors, and QA teams.
Leverage tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Adapt to dynamic work environments, addressing challenges in logistics and customer satisfaction.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to propose creative and effective solutions under pressure.

What We're Looking For:
A proactive and results-driven professional with a background in logistics, administration, or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of SAP and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A university student or recent graduate in Administration, Logistics, Systems, or related fields.
English proficiency (basic level required).
