Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Minimum English Level: C2 - Fluent This role focuses solely on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of open roles, allowing you to concentrate on recruitment without client interaction. Key Responsibilities: •Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruitment tools to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates •Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
•Candidate Guidance: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights into the role, the hiring process, and essential preparation tips to optimize their chances of success •Database Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, progress, and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring up-to-date candidate pipelines •Follow-Up & Placement: Stay in close contact with placed candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process and support for any questions or concerns •Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge in candidate sourcing Qualifications: •Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
