Responsibilities & Duties Analyze User Stories for inaccuracies or missing details. Write comprehensive Test Cases for User Stories. Perform manual testing using Test Cases to verify if the functionality aligns with the story description. Collaborate within an Agile development team. Engage with the Product Owner to clarify implementation details and business requirements. Communicate effectively with developers regarding identified issues. Qualifications & Skills Proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to conduct technical interviews in English. Minimum of 3 years (depend on the seniority/experience) of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Analyst. Basic programming skills. Proven experience in testing APIs. Experience in testing web-based projects and applications. Desirable Salesforce Knowledge and Packaging. ISTQB Certification. Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field. Knowledge of automating basic test cases using Selenium WebDriver (Java / JavaScript binding) to reduce manual effort in the future. Experience in automating various testing types, including UI, API, and load testing, is a plus.
