The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Analyst to join our Digital Delivery team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web-based and Salesforce implementations by working closely with developers, designers, and project managers.
Define tailored testing strategies for each client project, ensuring alignment with specific project requirements and particularities.
Analyze and estimate testing efforts for all assigned client projects providing accurate timelines.
Conduct comprehensive testing across various phases of the project lifecycle and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and findings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand client requirements, ensuring the testing process meets their specific needs and quality standards.
Identify and report bugs and inconsistencies in projects, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely fixes and retests.
Required Qualifications 1.5+ years of experience as a QA Tester, with hands-on involvement in a variety of testing environments.
Proven experience testing web and mobile applications across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.
Strong bug reporting and tracking skills, with a history of accurately identifying, documenting, and following up on issues through resolution.
Skilled in creating and executing test cases, and identifying key use cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to team success.
Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
