The GBS+ Program Coordinator, Buenos Aires, executes essential site operations and oversees all office communications. As the GBS+ team continues to grow, the position will support growth by acting as the site contact and administrator for the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the site's growth by coordinating and communicating all hiring and training events. Manage schedules for conference and community spaces, including partnering with the site lead to execute office-wide community events. Arrange transportation and other travel logistics for visitors and employees visiting locally from other Ecolab sites and vice versa. Partner with other teams, such as procurement, facility coordinators, and HR to execute the site buildout and expansion. Minimum Qualifications
Two-year associate degree in business or a related field 2-4 years relevant experience managing complex operational tasks Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills Presentable Appearance.
