• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date on Mercedes-Benz products, features, and technology to effectively promote and educate customers.
• Engage customers in dialogue to understand their needs and preferences, and match them to the appropriate Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and offer test drives to customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently to finalize sales.
• Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, features, and technology preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new computer systems.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
