Compensation: Paid in (US Dollars) DOE
Contract Phase Initially, you will be engaged as a contractor working remotely. You will need to register with Argentine tax authorities and choose an appropriate tax regime, such as Monotributo or the general tax regime (Responsable Inscripto). You will be responsible for issuing invoices for the services you provide and will receive payment in US dollars. Once our Buenos Aires office is established, we plan to offer contractors the opportunity to transition to full-time, onsite positions.

Key Responsibilities Conduct rigorous testing of products, including software, intellectual property, and configuration components, to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Understand the end-to-end flow of product features and execute real-world use cases to mimic consumer experiences. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases based on product requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to software, IP, configuration, and other components. Document defects and liaise with the development team for timely resolution, spanning software bugs, IP challenges, or configuration issues. Participate actively in designing and implementing testing strategies and processes covering all aspects of the product. Provide valuable feedback on product usability, performance, and other quality attributes across all product components. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or product testing, which may include software, IP, configuration, or other components Strong understanding of product development life cycle (PDLC) and testing methodologies Experience in testing products that include software, IP, configuration, or other componentsFamiliarity with agile methodologies Experience with API testing and automation, as well as tools and methods for testing non-software components such as IP and configuration Knowledge of databases and data management Experience with performance and security testing, as well as testing of non-functional requirements related to IP, configuration, or other components Knowledge of testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Selenium, as well as tools and methods for testing non-software components such as IP and configuration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Choose Us?
