What are we building?
As our design system and processes mature, we are growing our UX team so that we can have people dedicated to our product's verticals.
This will allow us to delve deeper and be more confident in the solutions we present while also being closer to the development teams and their Product Manager.
That's why we're seeking not one, but two Product Designers!
To assist in making complex processes intuitive, user-friendly tools, and researching to understand the pain points we are alleviating.
We believe excellent product design is essential for our success.
What will you do?
You'll be conducting user research to understand their needs, then creating UX solutions using mockups, user-flows and prototypes.
You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement these designs smoothly and ensure they meet technical requirements.
Also, you'll promote user-centered design principles and help establish a consistent design language using our design system.
Your role involves creating intuitive digital products that simplify our customers' lives, blending creativity and analytical skills to make complex information and processes easy to use.
Who are we looking for?
Experience with Figma, Prototyping, Visual Design Sensitivity, User Research and Testing Concepts, Design Systems, Mobile Design/Responsive Design, Accessibility, Analytics and Metrics.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, creativity, collaboration spirit, empathy, attention to detail, and user-centered mindset.
