The aim is to improve process operations by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve quality and productivity (molasses, energy and water).
Reporting to the factory production manager, you will be responsible for helping the production manager to guarantee the proper functioning of the various production workshops:
Checking consumption ratios of raw materials, ingredients, and energy to make sure that they are within the acceptable pre-identified limits to reduce cost without affecting product qualityChecking semifinished and end-products analysis to make sure that they are within the quality specification and defining with the local team the corrective actions if requiredChecking efficiency of equipment to insure they are running smoothlyProgramming and monitoring of production tests.Updating SOPs and making sure that they are applied and making changes when needed and updates info as per Lesaffre guidelines, participating in the training of operational staff and in raising staff awareness of continuous improvement.Improving monitoring tools and use of production data.It is a non-exhausting list. Other missions will be entrusted to you during your assignment
Qualifications
Your profile Engineer with specialization in food / biological or biochemical process engineering.
Your skills and technical sensitivity allow you to be a true process engineer. As such, you have good knowledge of industrial installations and equipment, ideally in the food industry.You understands technical drawings, P&ID, PFC, layouts.You are familiar with product quality and process control details.You have data analysis abilities applied to process improvement and development – data analytics, data handling, modelization design of experiments.You are able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.You are able to prioritize and organize tasks to timely achieve project requirements.You are recognized for your ability to work in a multicultural context on operations requiring, initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit. Your ability to listen and your sense of responsibility allow you to ensure the smooth running of a production routine.Communication and relationship skills are required easing the teamwork with shop floor, peers, management and other Operation teamLanguage Spanish: at least B2 levelCompany description
