Responsible in creation, preparation and verification of an effective production master plan and material control sheetChecks and review availability of materials, machines, and manpower.Monitor and control the production output and material inventory level based on production plan.Analyze and propose improvements for better planning, controlling and accurate inventory of materials.Coordinates with related departments for accurate raw material planning and forecasting.Create and update weekly operations schedule.Check and ensure that production plans are being met.Delegate, supervise and monitor activities of planning officer and planning staff.Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System policies and procedures.Receive sales and service plan or delivery schedule from sales.Coordinates sales and other concern departments about progress of production schedules.Develop plans and ideas for more effective production operation.Initiate meetings with concerned departments, sections and/or subcontractors to effectively communicate or disseminate relevant information.Monitor, check and supervise SAP transactions being made by planning staff and officer.Create and update manpower plan or forecast.Responsible for answering problems or concerns related to Production Control Department.Support and participate and/or implement other management programs and activities.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time. Qualifications Graduate of any bachelor's degreeWith at least 3 years working experience in the same field.Knowledgeable using SAP System and can handle people.Proficient in English languageExperience working in Japanese company is an advantage.Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite#J-18808-Ljbffr
