Role Summary The position is a full-time Functional Analyst supporting an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP environment. In this analyst position, the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving and communication skills are critical to success. This rapidly changing environment provides an excellent opportunity to grow and advance your Oracle skills. The position works closely with business stakeholders and other Oracle functional and technical resources to perform analysis, solution design, planning, documentation, testing, and validation. The scope of work is primarily to support and drive activities in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process, including Accounts Payable, Procurement, the iProcurement module, Purchase Order module, and Expense Reporting. Vendor management and the knowledge of external/third-party vendor invoice processing applications that integrate with the Oracle payables module is a plus.
Location: Anywhere in Argentina Remote options: 100% Remote Please submit your CV in English What You'll Be Doing Perform as an Oracle EBS functional analyst lead responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, implementation, and production support of an Oracle EBS program. Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Developers and Functional Analysts) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies. Provide recommendations supportive of a shared-service model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise-level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements. Work with the Reporting and Business Intelligence Team to implement data management and reporting solutions to complement the Oracle functionality. Responsible for the creation, modification, and execution of test plans and scripts. Perform Tier 1 end-user support functions. Responsible for analyzing and solutioning issues and implementing resolutions in a timely manner. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with at least three years of Oracle EBS Core Financials, primarily in the Procure to Pay (P2P) area. Experience with implementation, enhancement, and production support of Oracle EBS R12 key processes. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break fix solutions based upon best practices. Experienced in the key modules: Accounts Payable, Procurement, iProcurement, Purchase Order, and SLA configuration. Experienced with the Accounts Payable (AP) sub-ledger accounting. Experience providing hands-on support to the Accounting and Finance teams when executing the Month-End Close and Year-End Close processes. Ability to multitask among occasional changing priorities. Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution documents. Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering minimum viable products (MVPs). Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that include internal, external, and customer teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. This Might Be the Right Place if You….
