WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY Are you a highly organized person with experience as an Office Administrator?
If so, one of the most recognisable agents renting and selling properties in central London would like to hear from you.
This is a diverse role that requires you to be the heartbeat of the office.
Along with ensuring that the daily functions of the office run smoothly, you will take on a wide-ranging role, including tenancy coordination, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting other team members.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Referencing Checks: Conducting rigorous referencing checks to ensure that all applicants are of the highest calibre.
This involves taking references from landlords, employers, banks, compiling credit checks, and verifying ID and address.
You may occasionally be asked to provide updates directly to landlords on referencing progress.
Tenancy Coordination: Drafting tenancy agreements, coordinating payments, and ensuring the property is prepared for occupation.
This includes addressing maintenance issues, cleaning, booking inventories, right-to-rent checks, assisting with compliance checks, and managing deposit registration.
Office and Team Support: Updating databases, releasing keys to contractors, managing the key log, greeting clients, handling phone calls and correspondence, and assisting with various admin tasks.
Office Management: Ensuring the office is fully stocked with supplies, maintaining a tidy workspace, completing filing, and refreshing window displays regularly.
Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing campaigns, including letter drops, online marketing, giveaways, and attendance at networking events.
WHO YOU ARE Proven experience as an Office Administrator, preferably within the property industry.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy and solid proficiency in office software.
Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent written communication and numeracy.
