At Brazoderecho, we are looking for a Network Lead responsible for managing the operations, maintenance, and optimization of the network environment. This role involves overseeing a team of technicians, ensuring network reliability and security, and collaborating with remote teams while maintaining strong customer relations.
Key responsibilities include:Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the main contact for Network operations and demand management.
Build strong customer relationships and promptly address concerns.Operations Management:
Oversee daily network operations, ensuring optimal system performance.
Monitor KPIs, manage troubleshooting, and participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of network technicians and engineers.
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and identify training opportunities.Maintenance and Support:
Oversee maintenance of network equipment, ensuring regular updates and patches.Security and Compliance:
Ensure robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct security audits and risk assessments.Disaster Recovery:
Support disaster recovery plans and regularly test their effectiveness.Incident and Problem Management:
Manage incident resolution, participate in root cause analysis, and track incidents.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Network operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong knowledge of Network & Security infrastructure, including switches, wireless LAN controllers, firewalls, WAN environment.Experience with Network management tools and software, such IP Control DNS/DHCP.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for network operations and security.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong customer service orientation and experience managing customer relationships.Experience working with remote teams and utilizing remote monitoring tools.Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Experience with change management and incident/problem management processes.Technical Skills:Network traffic analysis (Wireshark)Network LAN/WAN: Cisco, H3C, Comware 5 and Comware 7, ArubaOSNetwork security: FortiGate NSE - IPS-IDS, Application Control, traffic shaping, VDOMs, Captive portal, etc.Network troubleshootingIPAM: IPcontrol DNS-DHCP, CISCO ISE for Radius and TACACsAbility to diagram network and security topologyAdministration of HPE IMCAdministration of SolarWindsConfiguration and administration of Aruba Mobility Master WLCsAruba Mobility BootcampAruba AirWave Management SuiteActive Directory knowledgeAdministration of Proxy - SquidCertifications required:Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Network Security Expert (NSE4 or above)Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP)Aruba Certified Mobility Master (ACMX)Working Conditions:Full-time position -Monday to Friday from 8 to 17hs.Hybrid Model – 4 times onsite in client office – 1 Remotely.Frequent interaction with customer representatives on-site.Collaboration with remote teams across different time zones may be required.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV in English for consideration.
