This is a full-time position, working between Monday-Sunday 06:00-22:00 - 35 hours per week.
Salary: £20,933.39

What You'll Do… Deliver Excellence: Offer the best possible solution with professionalism, ensuring services meet or exceed customer needs and business goals.Timely Responses: Manage response times effectively, using outstanding communication skills to keep customers informed until their issue is resolved.Proactive Updates: Contact customers post-breakdown and provide timely progress updates through available technology and resources.Build positive, value-driven relationships with colleagues in Roadside Services, support decisions, and assist in delivering outstanding customer service.Cost-Conscious Solutions: Select the most cost-effective resolutions using RAC's repair network and third-party providers.Liaise with internal and external contacts, ensuring all resources are deployed efficiently and in compliance with processes and contracts.ICAD Management: Use Dispatch functionality to deliver strategic deployment decisions, monitor Resource Alarms and Messages, and manage performance adherence.Apply complete knowledge of contractor working arrangements, manage adjustments effectively, and minimise manual claims for payment.Contribute to individual and team performance goals that drive profitability, growth, and exceptional service.What you'll need… Hands-on experience with RAC deployment methodologies, iCAD systems, and related support systems.Adherence to performance KPIs and capability to follow through on compliance requirements.A proactive approach to improving personal performance.Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and workloads.Teamwork skills that contribute to collective business success.Proficiency in managing EOD interfaces in alignment with company protocols.Strong communication skills for effective customer and colleague interactions.Understanding of National Deployment Centre (NDC) processes.Regulatory Knowledge/FCA Compliance: Familiarity with breakdown products, associated systems, and internal processes.Commitment to adhering to data protection regulations, the Working Time Directive, health and safety standards, and FCA guidelines.We want someone who not only has the knowledge but embodies the energy and commitment needed to excel in this role.
