Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our Sales team with administrative tasks, including managing CRM data, emailing leads, and assisting with general sales operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in both marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with sending emails to leads and prospects. Update and maintain CRM data. Provide administrative support to the Sales team. Track marketing and sales data and generate reports. Coordinate communication between sales and internal teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an admin or marketing role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive with a detail-oriented approach. Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 for a full-time position.
