Position Summary: The Manager for Capacity Management will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the capacity of semiconductor suppliers to meet the company's production needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize semiconductor supply capacity. · Analyze capacity data and forecasts to ensure alignment with production schedules and demand plans. · Collaborate with suppliers to understand their capacity constraints and develop plans to address potential bottlenecks. · Monitor and report on supplier capacity performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. · Work closely with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to anticipate and address capacity-related issues. · Conduct regular capacity reviews with suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and production requirements. · Support negotiations with suppliers by providing capacity-related insights and data. · Develop and maintain capacity planning tools, dashboards, and reports. · Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions that could impact capacity. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity management processes and performance. Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in capacity management, supply chain management, or procurement, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
