Job Duties and Qualifications   Job Hyper Function Operations Engineering Job Super Function A-DRILLING AND EVALUATION Job Function B-Wireline and Perforating Job Level Ind Cont Expr College     Hyperion Bucket PROFESSIONAL Exemption Status Non Exempt-Salaried FLSA Exemption EEO Code SOC CODE 47-5013   Under general supervision, applies knowledge of Halliburton&aposs Open Hole Wireline technologies to independently provide all wireline services and tool operation to customers at the well site.
Responsible for most complex drilling scenarios, highly visible clients and special projects with high compexity.
Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate complex data interpretations to clients from proprietary software and coaches clients fully through expected outcomes of various drilling scenarios independently.
Integrates understanding of Halliburton business, operational procedure and serves as a liaison in collaborations with other service lines to provide guidance to customers.
Provides guidance to junior wireline field professionals on delivering less complex services and tool operations to customers.
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations required.
Scope 3- Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
Autonomy 3- Under general supervision: occasional supervision over repetitive tasks.
New duties or project-type tasks may receive "Strict" or "Direct" supervision, depending upon the nature of the task(s).
Supervisory Responsibility of Job 2- Assists in supervising others.

Promotes HMS protocol and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, practices and guidelines.
Motor Vehicle Licensure Non-Commercial Driver&aposs License required     Working Conditions     Physical Demand 1 1- Posture: Employee must have the ability to work in a variety of postures to include sitting, standing, occasional squatting, bending, or flexing of the trunk to retrieve boxes and materials positioned low to the floor.
Must have the ability to reach and retrieve boxes and materials stored on overhead shelves.

Flexibility / Range of Motion: Employee must have the flexibility and range of motion in their joints to move extremities of spine throughout sufficient range in postures required for the job.
