with our cutting-edge AI rule-based workforce scheduling platform. We specialize in automating the scheduling for hospital staff and physician groups and boast partnerships with some of the largest hospital systems in the USA.
Role Summary:
Our new platform is a .Net, Blazor-based SPA that has been under development for 3 years. To
expedite our front-end development process, we're seeking a Feature Delivery Team Lead with
experience in .Net Core, Blazor or ASP.Net, and Javascript. The Team Lead will oversee the
development of critical features in our new platform, including multiple innovative AI features
that will enhance user experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Active Coding and Development to Increase Team Velocity: Directly engage in the
coding, code review, and troubleshooting of front-end code, ensuring the delivery of
clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Leadership: Lead a dynamic team comprising 5 full-stack engineers and a 4-person QA team.
Mentoring: Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of high-quality and high-velocity software development practices, enhancing professional growth.
Project Management: Work with our Scrum Master to manage project timelines and
priorities, aligning team efforts with the strategic goal of completing and launching the
new platform for existing customer migration.
Problem Solving: Address design and development challenges, effectively removing
roadblocks for the team.
Performance Metrics: Set and achieve KPIs and OKRs, producing concise bi-weekly
reports to track progress.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across
departments to enhance problem-solving capabilities and minimize development
bottlenecks.
Collaboration: Coordinate and remove roadblocks with the help of our backend team,
which includes a Senior Architect and two Sr. engineers, one of whom also serves as the
Release Manager.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as an engineering team lead with significant
hands-on coding and project management experience.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing development
teams, including QA personnel.
Proven expertise in front-end development, particularly with Blazor or similar
frameworks. Proficiency in modern front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML,
and React is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills with a robust portfolio of front-end projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a proven record of leading teams through
significant migrations or transitions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adept at resolving conflicts and driving
team success.
