Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their job or lead is handled quickly and effectively.
Qualify leads by asking key questions to understand homeowner needs and job requirements.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, building rapport and trust.
Gather and share insights with the product and commercial teams to help improve our platform.
Keep homeowner lead information accurate and up-to-date on our platform.
Manage your time efficiently to meet team and personal goals.
Required Skills and Experience: No experience required—we're looking for entry level / career change for their first sales job, with a strong desire to learn, succeed, and grow in sales.
Curiosity: A natural eagerness to learn, ask questions, and understand customers' needs deeply.
Coachability: A willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
We provide training, but you need the mindset to absorb it and put it into action.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key to connecting with homeowners, asking the right questions, and conveying value clearly.
