Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) HR Benefits Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) Overview and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll join our Total Rewards team to create and promote benefits programs that elevate the employee experience. You'll play a hands-on role in designing impactful initiatives, refining programs, and creating campaigns to boost engagement with benefits across Mercedes-Benz USA. Primary responsibilities of an MBUSA HR Junior Associate Consultant: Lead the end-to-end creation of a new, tailored Benefits campaign aimed at increasing employee engagement and utilization. This involves conceptualizing, designing, and deploying a strategic internal marketing movement to drive adoption across MBUSA and its US affiliates.Assist in designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs (retirement, health and welfare, wellness, etc.) for MBUSA and its US affiliates.Streamlining processes for the futureAnalyze and revamp outdated benefit-related corporate processes, ensuring they align with current best practices, employee needs, and company goals.Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Help propose strategies and changes to Executive Management and local/global committees.Connection with stakeholders across the companyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align objectives, and build support for program initiatives.Communicate changes effectively to encourage a broad understanding and engagement across the organization, emphasizing program value and support for employee needs.Taking charge of independent projectsManage assigned tasks and projects independently, exercising initiative to see projects through to completion with minimal guidance.Provide regular high-level updates and deliverables to the HR Compensation & Benefits team.Why Join Us? QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Graduate Student Enrolled in or Graduated from a Master's program - Preferred Business and Human Resources Management MajorsAvailable from January 2025 - December 2025Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 30 hours maximumAvailable during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM EasternPreferred Skillset: Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues within existing processes.Enthusiasm for program development and the ability to drive transformative change within the organization.Ability to work autonomously, managing responsibilities and projects from start to finish without requiring close supervision.Strong organizational and task management skills, ensuring all deliverables are consistently met.Capability to translate complex concepts into high-level overviews, effectively summarizing details for stakeholders at all levels.EEO StatementMercedes-Benz USA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
