Location: Remote Type: Full-Time What You'll Do: As an HR Officer at Promogen, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our business attracts and retains the best talent.
Key responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top-tier candidates to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
HR Strategy & Development: Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and drive business results.
Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive work environment.
