As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across all roles within the company.
Position Overview:
The Hiring Manager will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for all company positions, including Movers, Drivers, Customer Service Representatives, and Salespeople. This individual will develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our company's goals and values, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for every role.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for all company positions.Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions for various roles.Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.Create job postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.Build and maintain a talent pipeline to anticipate and address future staffing needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and a professional hiring process.Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations in all hiring practices.Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.Proven experience hiring across a wide range of roles, including customer service, sales, operations, and manual labor positions.Advanced level of English communication, both written and spoken, is required.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with remote hiring practices and recruitment tools.Proactive, innovative, and adaptable approach to recruitment challenges.What We Offer: Competitive salary of $2000 USD per month.
