Responsibilities and assignmentsActs as a primary point of contact for all zones and business units regarding the goal setting, tracking and bonus management processCollaborate with regional teams to ensure adherence to performance management rules as well as manage the execution for global employees.Empower regional performance management teams through trainings, presentations, communications and SOPS to ensure a seamless process across all zones.Technical support for the goal setting management systemConduct user experience sessions and provide training on the systemRequirements and qualificationsBachelor Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar).Advanced English level (oral and written - mandatory)Advanced Power Point & ExcelProject management skills and ability to work in complex, multitasking environment.Great communication skills, ability to impact and influence to higher banded populationPicks up on new processes or technology quickly; can learn new skills and systems.Process stages Step 1: Registration 1 Registration Step 2: Hiring 2 Hiring #J-18808-Ljbffr
