We seek a solutions-orientated Global Process & Technology Manager who has proven experience in the design, implementation and management of process and technologies within the language services industry.

It would be preferred if the individual has experience of working with Plunet and XTM.
In addition to language technologies, you will be responsible for our global IT infrastructure and support team to ensure they consistently deliver to the organization a reliable and efficient service in terms of improving processes and IT support.
We are a 100% cloud-based business and therefore do not require you to have server management experience, but we would like you to be able to manage improvement projects for current systems and software.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a technological strategy and roadmap to enhance client and internal processes.
- Interface and consult with customers, project managers and sales representatives to analyze customer requirements.
- Identify solutions to address client and internal needs.
- Analyze project / RFP scope and suggest creative approaches to solutions.
- Improve process efficiencies with the aim of improving quality and ease of service delivery, while aiming to minimize the costs of the client.
- Ensure internal training is in place to help build operational competencies with technical services.
The Global Process & Technology Manager is expected to provide support to both internal and external members of the team and provide the necessary guidance and training for continued production success.
- Management and oversight of the in-house IT support function and technological infrastructure.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our ISO27001 certification through ownership and oversight of our ISMS LH1 KE2 , as well as look to improve the system adding additional certifications as required.
