Endava is looking for a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner who will work closely with LATAM Regional and Delivery Unit Managers.
The candidate will work directly with these groups and will need to be confident in their understanding of the business: Region and Delivery Unit Managers/ Senior Management Client Engagement Managers Project Managers Shared Services Team (Finance/HR/Procurement) Main duties Provide support to DU Managers with: Analysis and reporting of financial monthly results, variance analysis, cost modelling/forecasting Reporting on operational KPIs Salary and Headcount Forecasting Property & facilities modelling Utilization reporting Support Group FP&A with Annual Budgets Ad hoc analysis and modelling as required by management team Qualifications Essential Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role: FP&A or Financial/Reporting Analyst/Controlling Very strong analytical skills, numerical and modelling skills Excel skills (pivots, look-ups as a minimum) Proficient in English Strong communication and presentation skills Negotiation skills and good conflict management Desirable Oracle knowledge (i.e.
