Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
Primary Purpose of Job: Creates and manages to the desired brand experience in the showroom, boutique, café, and customer experience.

Responsibilities: Defines and documents dealership desired processes for delivery, customer greeting, concierge service, boutique process, cashiering, customer hand-over, and café; (As needed - 10% of time)Determines hospitality and retail experience needs for areas of responsibility; (Ongoing - 20% of time)Determines and implements retail merchandising/display elements along with boutique teams for sale. Manages sales and retail displays; (Daily - 10% of time)Determines, staffs, trains, and delivers Café and on-call delivery of items from boutique and café to clients on showroom. Business owner for web-based app; (Daily - 10% of time)Defines and delivers on vehicle hand-over process managing team of delivery specialists; (Daily - 10% of time)Communicates and manages training requirements for hospitality process in area of responsibility including training of associates and managing to process; (Ongoing quarterly planning - 10% of time)Manages necessary staffing to deliver on desired experience; (Ongoing - 10% of time)Manages on floor daily and monitors all employees - inspects for process, delivery, cleanliness of floor, uniforms, use of equipment and monitors customer satisfaction. Manages inventories for café; (Ongoing - 20% of time)Qualifications: Requirements & Conditions: Preferred candidate must have a minimum of 5 years business/luxury/catering to retail experience/customer interactions. Must be passionate for customer experience and able to motivate employees to deliver memorable experiences.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, management or other related field. A master's degree is preferred but not required with relevant retail experience.
Knowledge: Must have experience in retail merchandising, retail displays, marketing communication, design and decorating, customer experience, project management (highly organized), and strong people management skills.
