Description Our team from the Financial Department is searching for 2 specialists who will perform the following tasks:
Perform the financial controlling in compliance with the legislative provisions and internal procedures:
- Target setting and tracking
- Planning and reporting costs by various departments and by cost types
- Calculation of monthly provisions for the closing of the month (monthly financial statement, explained deviations from the plan, etc.)
- Business partner for departments
- Cost analysis
- Reports requested internally and externally.Perform monthly checks of interface 13 (goods receipts), corrections for transactions that were blocked in interface 13 and were not transmitted from the SAP logistics system (PAS) to the SAP financial system (Nacos), follow-up to the departments that have tasks to do for the correction of stocks.Participate in the organizing of the year-end inventory.Qualifications University degree (Economics or Financials and Accounting);Professional experience: recommended minimum 3 years in the Financial field or minimum experience in the Automotive Business;Deep knowledge of MC Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;Highly developed analytical skills;Structured and independent way of working;Strong communication skills and 'hands-on mentality';Ability to manage and build relationships;Language: fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage;Other skills: agility, active and open mind, curiosity, team-player.
