The primary purpose of the Channel / Field Marketing Manager is to work in partnership with area sales to develop strategic marketing plans, drive demand through localization of global/regional campaigns, execute events, create sales enablement tools, and own the ABM program. The advisor will develop and activate all demand initiatives and maintain strong channel partner and field relationships. This role drives visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging, promotes new product launches, adapts, activates, and executes corporate programs to regional market needs. It is also responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic channel marketing plans aligned with marketing priorities including turnkey promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth.
Responsibilities: Lead development of Local Channel Marketing Strategy aligned with the yearly/quarterly strategic objectivesCollaborate across Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop all initiatives including channel, brand awareness, demand creation, including events, ABM campaigns, and sales enablement toolsLeverage multiple marketing functions including sales, business intelligence, strategy, campaign marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing and services, to support the achievement of the regional sales targetManage marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market - direct, partner, distribution, etc.Support in-country NPI and PR activities, in partnership with global marketing teamManage annual MDF and Program Spend for the market. Plan, monitor and execute all MDF activities with identified marketing managed partners in SOLA region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Peru) Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent specified Channel business experienceMinimum Work Experience (years):5+ years B2B marketing experience with five years' experience with supporting a specified Channel.Key Skills and Competencies:Ability to think and act strategically and deliver operational planning alongside Sales leadership to balance the long- and short-term prioritiesExperience with Eloqua, Salesforce, and Demand base - Channel Marketing ExperienceAgility and leadership in working with and influencing virtual teams preferredFiscal responsibility via budget and project management preferred, managing MDF budgetsCollaboration with Event management teams preferredPosition Specific Information: Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel for regional events and training, as needed.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degreeProficiency in English.Work closely with sales partners, such as stores, distributors or franchises, to ensure that marketing initiatives are implemented correctly.Marketing Strategy: Ability to understand and adapt global marketing strategies at a local or regional level.Activation Marketing: Experience in creating and executing brand events, promotions, point-of-sale activations, etc.
