Take ownership of the entire product and project management lifecycle, including ideation, planning, execution, and delivery. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster collaboration and engagement across various departments and stakeholders, bridging the gap between HR and other business functions.Operational Excellence (30%): Drive the evolution of employee experiences by implementing innovative solutions and technologies that streamline HR processes and services. Continuously assess employee needs and leverage data-driven insights to deliver a comprehensive HR experience. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR projects and initiatives. Conduct regular analysis and reporting to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Analytics and Dashboard (30%): Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
