Position Overview: Were looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team.
In this role, youll support senior leadership by managing investor outreach, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across our investor relations efforts.
Youll play a vital part in identifying and engaging potential investors, managing follow-ups, and coordinating schedules.

Key Responsibilities: CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information about prospects, investors, and interactions.
Outreach Execution: Assist in executing cold outreach campaigns, including emails, phone calls, and social media messaging, to engage potential investors.
Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule introductory calls or meetings between potential investors and the senior team.
Email Management and Processing: Manage incoming emails, organize and prioritize them based on urgency and relevance, and handle correspondence with high-level professionalism.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track outreach metrics and investor engagement, generating regular reports on sales performance.
C ollaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and senior leadership to ensure messaging aligns with broader fundraising and investor relations strategies.
Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Proven ability to handle complex scheduling, manage confidential information with discretion, and provide support to senior executives in a fast-paced setting.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Pipedrive, Reply.io, Slack, and other CRM tools is preferred but not essential.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing high-net-worth clients.
Ability to think strategically and creatively in managing investor relationships.
