In this role, you'll be the right hand to our leadership team, providing essential administrative and operational support. From managing executive calendars and coordinating high-impact meetings to handling communication and overseeing project timelines, you'll be instrumental in keeping everything on track. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will help optimize processes, ensure seamless communication between teams, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our growing company.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team progress. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and project updates. Maintain and manage CRM data, with a preference for experience using HubSpot. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Support various team initiatives and projects, optimizing processes and ensuring smooth workflows. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a technology or related industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Must be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment. Knowledge of the home building industry or experience supporting technology teams is a plus.
