JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:What are we looking for?3+ years of experience in packaging and/or In the food industry or R&D functions.
·Project Management skills, as well as presentation and organization skills.
· Knowledge on artwork drawings understanding of keyline drawings.Knowledge in SAP, BOM's Code Management and Specifications systems usage.
Knowledge in pack material supplier production process for Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and/or palletization.
Knowledge of the attributes of a product that could affect any primary pack performances (fat, humidity, density, and geometry) equipment's and net weights.What will be your key responsibilities?Coordinate and Implement Medium High local Wet/Dry and C&T Innovations for Primary Pack and/orSecondary materials for existing technology as brand extensions, mainly focused on Brand Extension,DComm Initiatives, Promotionals and Co-packing according to Mars Best practices and standards.Ensure development and definition of all packaging materials delivering specifications for DComm,Promotionals specifications.Lead and/or support Med – High Efficiency projects for Primary, Secondary, Tertiary packaging materialsand/or Logistics opportunities, guaranteeing food safety and primary packaging continuousimprovement.Responsible to lead packaging insights for new line extensions or capacity increase projects, new lineequipment's (CAB).Guarantee Business continuity sustaining line improvements according KQA and Mars Qualitystandards.
